In this issue of Blood, Maese et al(1) showed that intramuscular (IM) JZP458 at 25/25/50 mg/m(2) given thrice weekly was an effective and safe alternative for patients with hypersensitivity to Escherichia coli-derived asparaginases (ASPs).
