The Josep Carreras Institute organizes the Symposium "The Immune System: in sickness and in health"
This conference brings together international emerging leaders in the fields of immunology and leukaemia and highlights the latest advances in immunogenomics, immunotherapy and degeneration of the immune system during ageing.
In this meeting, we will explore different aspects of immune differentiation, function and oncogenic transformation, paying special attention to the cellular and molecular mechanisms driving haematopoiesis, immune homeostasis and leukemogenesis as the principal axes of the program.

Venue details:
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, the symposium will be held online.
Links to the platform will be provided to the registered attendees in advance.
In order to adapt to overseas speakers, all sessions have been scheduled in the afternoon.
Participants are encouraged to present a poster showcasing their research.
A virtual space will be provided to host the posters and a panel will review and select those elegible for a 3-minutes Flash Talk.
